Amazing customer service! We came to this location after another autozone in downtown refused to replace our battery or help us because they were "short staffed" in the early morning with no customers. We explained the situation to the employees at this location and they were more than happy to help us with the switch. We had a long journey ahead of us back to SoCal and they were really empathetic. They also noted it was odd the previous autozone location refused to help us with the battery switch.
Brand New San Jose Hub moved from the Plant Center hub for all local stores so they have lots in Stock, the 3 employees I've met were very helpful.
