Came in for a new battery and was helped by Blanca the whole way! Great service. Thank you for being so nice and accommodating.
Called and asked if bought a battery if they could install it. They told me I had to bring the car in for them to inspect it before they could tell me. I asked if they could just look up by make and model and they said you must bring it in. I drove to the auto zone where they looked at their computer, without even looking at the car, and told me they could not replace my battery. Why couldn’t they have done that over the phone and not wasted my time?
