One guy there was super friendly other dude was unhelpful. Wanted help finding a brake/ reverse bulb as I knew the numbers/type I needed but wanted to check and ofc he just leads me to the isle and gives me the wrong ones. It’s not that hard to just take a couple seconds and make sure someone gets what they need. Now I gotta go back to another auto zone and make sure I get the right ones.
100% best customer care i’ve ever had at Auto Zone! After a mishap with a faulty key fob. They replaced it with no hesitation and have supported me throughout the entire process. The store manager and district manager has truly made this the easiest experience i could’ve imagined. Thank you for all your help!
I got my part but was disappointed that store manger didnt know how to find an off the shelf alternator replacement harness. Said he had to know the make and model. Youngman helping me got me what I needed but seemed a bit snotty. The parts were for my old tractor. Gave me dirty looks when I gave them a part number to look up. I was doing them a favor ans guess what I got my part. Not very inviting manager or staff. More ego then Brains. The young men working there were trying.
