Poor customer service. There are several employees working in the back, but only one employee is handling the register. Even when other employees walk by and see a line of customers waiting for assistance, they do nothing to help. This is frustrating and shows a lack of teamwork and management needs to do a better job of supervising staff and making sure customers are properly attended to.
