My car wouldn't start and I was not sure if I had battery trouble or if it could be something else. The sales person tested my battery ( and determined it was in fact the battery) and was very helpful. When they didn't have what I needed he took the time to locate one at another store that was close by. IAs a women it was nice to have them listen to concerns and not talk down to me. Which has happen at other auto parts store I have visited. I will be back!
