I had a great experience at the AutoZone on Winchester! I came in because one of my turn signal bulbs had gone out, thinking it was going to be a bigger issue. The staff was incredibly helpful, came outside with me, and even helped me replace the bulb. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location!
Beware of bait and switch prices! I found a part on their app for $25.99 but was told it was $41.99 when I got there. The “manager” tried telling me that the $25.99 price was the online 20% discount for home delivery. When I pointed out to her $41.99 less 20% was $33.59, she made the problem worse by refusing to honor the app price and only offered 10% discount. I bought the part but fortunately ended up not needing it so I will be returning it for a refund.

Great experience! We were super stressed trying to get to Las Vegas to catch our flight, and it seemed like everything was going wrong. Needed a new battery and Andy helped us out tremendously. He provided outstanding customer service and made our hectic morning a little easier. We really appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you, Andy!
