As long time customers, today’s experience was very upsetting. My father went in and was ignored for over 20 minutes. Cashier would help other customers before helping him. It was the same person who made discriminatory remarks in a previous review. Plus size cashier working around 9:30 am 6/16/25. You work in a diverse community, treat everyone with respect.
They recently hired a racist. "I don't speak Spanish, I live in america" Guys half the size of their entrance.
Wow! Best experience ever at this place...my sons car broke down and needed a piece that other places Cindy help with. Joseph Gamboa was awesome!... all the staff nicest people.
Came to test a starter and the little manager in black had to come help just for him to say it “failed” when the machine didn’t even make a noise.. Went to the Whittier blvd location and it passed. Sad day when they can’t or don’t care about checking a simple starter when the store was empty at 9pm. Incompetence at its finest..
The staff is nice and very helpful, solved my questions and got what I needed.
