Holly ran the onboard diagnostic test and explained all the potential problems related to my ongoing repair troubles. **Pure Customer Service Review** Never experienced such rudeness from any place of business especially one around customer service. Came into the store on 7/1/2025 in the evening. I tried to look for what I needed, but couldn't find it. Went up to the counter, saw an employee standing. I kindly said, "Hi, are you able to help me?" Rude Employee(Anthony) goes, "What." Great customer service! I went in needing a new battery and Michael, the manager not only got me the battery that I needed but also installed it for me!!
If there's a part for my car that I need, I go to Auto Zone. This time, it was a serpentine belt that I needed, and they charged me one third, the price that the dealer wanted.
