Excellent customer service from the entire team!
Walked up to the registers to be checked. Four employees standing around but no one helping. One finally decided to wait on someone else. The other three employees looked at me. I waited for a while, then set the products down and left. I can get what I need with much less hassle on Amazon.
***Ex autozone employee here*** The service is terrible here. Ive been here multiple times waiting just to buy simple parts with no acknowledgement. I was ignored multiple times. Next day I came to return a part that was still sealed and employee squeezed it and broke the seal to tell me it wasn't in front of my face. I almost laughed on how ridiculous that was. To management and staff, if you dont want to work, stay home or get it together.
I visited a week ago for a battery problem and my battery was just out of warranty from the last purchase. Michael, the parts manager, was extremely helpful and very good to work with. We tried the other AutoZone in Mission Viejo, and they were quite rude. But Michael here in Lake Forest took care of us so I’m giving him a big thumbs up review.
