I had such a positive experience thanks to Michael. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely customer-friendly, approachable, and attentive to my needs. He helped me with a battery issue and took the time to explain what was going on, showing a level of knowledge and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Michael truly went above and beyond, and because of him I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and returning myself. Employees like him deserve recognition!
I needed to replace my windshield wiper blades, so I stopped here. I picked them out, and came to the front to purchase, but there were no employees to be found for 3-4 minutes. One finally returned from whatever he was doing and helped me, apologized for the wait, and offered to install the blades for me.
Got my car battery replaced on my 2016 Jeep Compass. I didn’t realize they actually install it for you, so that was a pleasant surprise 🫢. As someone who isn’t very car savvy, I definitely appreciated that!
