Amber was great in the store today. She helped me find what I needed, showed me how to use it and prevented me from buying unnecessary items all while keeping the register line moving. Very impressed.
If I could give it a 0 I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I purchased a product that didn’t work and returned to the store to request a refund. The manager, Amber, was unwilling to refund the item, even though it was defective. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became argumentative and started using foul language, which was completely inappropriate.
