So I bought a part for my car a cpl days ago. I cannot get the old part loose from the car. Several people have tried so we determined I needed an impact tool. Thought of Auto Zone and their tool loaner program so I called them. 1st call- auto zone can you please hold. 13 minutes later without a peep I hung up. 2nd call- Auto Zone can I help you? I asked if they had the impact tool. He said let me check. 15 minutes later I hung up after nobody ever returned. Terrible customer skills. I'm disappointed and upset.
