SAFE YOUR MONEY & TIME If you ever have to buy car parts do NOT go to this place. Even though one of the sales associates is friendly, most of them are highly incompetent. I purchased materials at this store yesterday and when I tried to return the merchandise due to unsatisfactory results the sales associate was extremely rude. In addition, he told me that parts were missing. Well, I double checked everything on my end and returned the products the way they were actually sold to me. FOLLOW UP After contacting AutoZone via e-mail and filing a complaint regarding the incident I mentioned above, I was contacted by their district manager. He apologized and told me that this treatment was unusual and not tolerated by his company. In addition, he promised to send me a gift card. I appreciate his efforts, but I'll definitely use the gift card at a different AutoZone store.
