Chris T and Oscar T and Bryan M were absolutely amazing and beyond helpful with this clueless old lady needing assistance to help her son’s car from the stupid drive through mishap. They treated me with kindness and respect and I have left knowing I have the items needed for the repair! Promote them! Give them a raise! They are literally the best!

Let me tell you my morning started off going to O’reilly to get a battery check and I was very rudely treated by an employee with a major attitude. I walked right out and headed to Auto Zone where not only was I treated very kindly but I shared my experience and 3 employees who all were very kind, helpful and sympathetic to my story. All smiles and a battery replacement. Auto Zone Napa Team, YOU ARE ALL SUPER AMAZING! Thank you for turning my day and experience around!
