It really depends who you get when you come into this location because one of the workers is absolutely amazing but the other 4 I encountered were rude. This lady in my pic was excellent and helpful. But I came back and there was several men that weren't helping anyone. The one guy had a bad attitude and I need help and he literally made me help myself. There was another lady with a short fade who helped me today and she was not good at all. Her name is Nicole B. She tried to rip us off $100 by giving me the wrong part .
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Santrell S. Went Above and Beyond! I stopped into the AutoZone today for windshield wipers for my 2015 Ford Taurus. Santrell S., the Store Manager, helped me right away. Not only did she get me the correct sizes (26” driver side, 20” passenger side), but she went way above and beyond by personally installing them for me in the parking lot. They dont take your battery out to charge your car even though my wife was told they do at the same location. Then the guy tells you 100 things that could be wrong with it without running a diagnostics after talking to him becausehe sitting there watching women say things that didn't make sense. The women are selective on service and they look like their too pretty to do anything with nails.
I went in to buy one wiper blade. The cashier was a bit rude, telling me all the staff was busy and it was raining so no one could help me install the blade. A fellow customer was able to help me install as I was having trouble. I went to the AutoZone website to complain about the dissatisfaction. The very next morning I received a call from AutoZone store Manager, Sam, who apologized for the employee and made everything right again! Today I got help from Jonathan and Craig. They are amazing and go above and beyond for their customer. Jonathan changed my headlight for me! So nice. 10/10 highly recommend
