9/1/23- 1pm I visited the AutoZone location today to purchase some items. To my disappointment, the store manager (wearing a grey shirt) rang me out with a negative attitude while scanning my items. After completing the transaction, I thanked him, and his response was simply "aha." It's disheartening to experience such mediocre customer service from AutoZone's store leadership. My overall experience was far from satisfactory.
Came in for garage door supplies and found what I needed. Both employees on duty were attentive and helped me with my purchase. Thank you again!
