Hi, so I was just there today on 12/13/ 2025 and the guy who helped me do the diagnostic check on my 2019 Chevy Malibu was super amazing super helpful super caring. I just wanted to acknowledge him. I forgot his name but I think it started with a J and he had glasses And he was super kind so I just think that he needs a raise. Great customer service
Employees are fine but i find it odd that employee suggested i go to “Royal Gas” across the street to do something i can do myself. At first i did’nt mind it but the next time i was there the manager actually called Royal Gas stating a customer is coming over. He then told the customer ahead of me to say he send them. It seems like autozone is getting kickbacks for referrals.

This AutoZone is amazing! The employees there are super friendly and helpful! My car battery died so I was a bit stressed going in there and Jarralle instantly helped me as I walked in and calmed my nerves. He helped me pick out the exact battery I needed and walked me through any additional items I would need and also educated me on bringing the old battery back! Thanks everyone at AutoZone! What a great experience!
