I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 5!!!!! MANAGER TERESITA, was highly rude to my mom. While I was on the phone with her she kept replying to her very nasty with smart comments. Poor management and costumer service. I've been in the business industry and this here, is very unacceptable. I'm making sure no one gets talked to like that. And she had the audacity to hang up the phone while I'm trying to explain to her how rude she was and how none professional that is. No wonder I see different employees there.
