Look, I've been a loyal customer of the "Other" auto parts store, you know the one that is always just across the street? Like Walmart and Rite Aid? However, the young man that was working that particular night, helped me like he could never have imagined. I needed a gas can. And I was assisted by the service rep in getting something that seemed so simple, but he made it an even more awesome trip! Thank you Auto Zone, I may have to rethink my decision on where I spend my auto parts store money!
Amazing customer service! Cooper and the others working helped me so much… my car stared smoking as I was about to drive home to Colorado After auto shop hours! so I went there. They put me in touch with a mobile mechanic “Luis” and let me stay till he arrived. I’m having to fly home while my car is repaired, but thankful that is the place I went. Their kindness and knowledge saved me from who knows what could’ve happened. Grateful.
very-helpful staff - Even if they do not have the parts-they help you with Part Number so you can find it elsewhere, and online the deals are better and cheaper
Needed to pull a bearing off of my pool pump. Gabriel and Sabastion were super helpful in finding me a bearing puller that matched my application and even helped me use the tool. Thanks so much!
