I’ve used this store for years. It’s always been a great experience with customer service and yesterday with Tank was no exception. He was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to try to find a warranty for me. He didn’t waste any time fixing my battery out and was right back to work helping others in the store.
Today I was taken care of by a champion team member at the Redding, California AutoZone by the name of Matthew D. Matthew was the consummate professional. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and provided me with everything I needed, plus essentials that I did not even know about that would help me with my vehicles performance. In a breakdown situation the staff here were super. Had parts and tools ready when I walked through the door, were very invested in ensuring everything went well. Great job all.
Gabriel did a great job helping me out with my battery he showed me my options and instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive product he helped me find what was right for me
