Dillon was so nice to my daughter when she needed to get a new battery and had to "do it by herself" so she would know what to do next time. He took the time to explain everything to her from the instal to the warranty. Thank you so much Dillon! We'll keep coming back!!
Dillon, the store manager, at the Ranch Road 620 location was so helpful and kind! He was so quick to come look at my car and test the battery. I came back later to purchase a new one, and he left his lunch early to help me. His priority is customer service and he is very knowledgeable in what he does. Would recommend coming here!

When you leave a bad review, they respond with a desire to make it right, but upon emailing them, they simply redirect you back to the uncooperative manager, creating a vicious cycle that never ends, as they fail to take responsibility or provide a resolution, ultimately wasting your time.
Great service and attention to detail. I came in thinking I needed a $200 battery and was ready to buy it and I was surprised as an employee helped me identify the problem and gave me a simple solution rather than a costly battery As we know leadership starts from the top and this employee happened to be the store manager.
