Rosa M, the sales manager, did NOT make me feel welcomed at all. She likes to cut you off will you’re asking her a question, answer with attitude, and was on her phone without any acknowledgment when i entered the store. when it came to hand over the OBD meter, she kept it so close to her that I had to ask if I can take it. I feel sorry for the other employees. Will like to say thanks to Fernando for helping after she left! I still will not be returning and i’m sure others will agree with me on this.
