Well this particular one started off great! I got to talking to one guy that was patient and helped me purchase new headlights! Then he said if I stuck around he could get someone to install them for me, which was great so I didn’t have to worry about messing it up. After that, another employee walked in and asked what I needed and I told him I was waiting to get them installed. The guy at the counter was very rude. Went there to check the battery and he wanted us to take the battery out and bring it in the store. What a joke.
After getting a helpful recommendation from young man at Sears to go here, my husband and I were helped by friendly staff member. He did a free diagnostic test on our car, which had engine light on, he showed us it said only needed to check loose gas cap. NOT have to pay $???.?? for whole service check like S×××× was trying to get us to do. So yes two thumbs up to young man referring us to Autozone and to Autozone for being so helpful and customer friendly. THANKYOU AUTOZONE!
