They push me to get the expensive breaks for my car after
I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. When I requested installation for windshield wipers — something many customers expect as a courtesy — the salesperson was extremely rude and humiliated me in front of others. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, I did not find it here.
I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Yakotah at AutoZone for going above and beyond during my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I came in needing a new battery, and what could have been a super stressful situation ended up being smooth and hassle-free thanks to her. I had a terrific experience at this Autozone today! Ali greeted me within seconds of entering the store. Thank you so much for helping find the correct headlight for my Volkswagen and taking the time to help me replace it! Also, thank you for getting me signed up for the reward program and telling me about the awesome credit I can earn. Hands down, superb customer service at this location!
