My car battery died, leaving me stranded at my daughter’s house when I tried to leave to head home.Parmer Lane Autozone was really close by, so I called and spoke with Abraham about the dead battery .He actually brought a jump start box to where I was , jump started my car and then let me follow him to the store to make sure my car made it to Autozone safely. Rude staff. Went in to ask a quick a/c question and see what I would need to buy for it and the older guy goes off saying “we aren’t mechanics. Go to a mechanic” Yes I know you are not mechanic. I am telling you what the issue is with my car so you can help me look for what I’m looking for. He gets me the item without asking the make, model or year of my car. At the end what he sold me didn’t work for my car so had to return it.
