Stan potts and Stephan went above and beyond with my car issue. At first I believed the cat battery was failing and noticed when leaving out the store the car hood was smoking and they prioritized my safety and extinguished the fire preventing a worse issue
Just want to take the time out to thank the AutoZone worker name Johnny Tran, the guy was very helpful & even took time out to help me install my part! Thanks again john
I came into this store on saturday and got greet right away from Johnny Tran. I had issues with battery and i through had to get a new one. After johnny came to check my vehicel and founded one of my cable was loose and help me tight it down every work perfectly and help me not to have to spend on a new battery. He was supper knowledge and help me clean the terminal while he was there. Will always recommened him to any one.
I came in last night and spoke with Johnny Tran about my vehicle, he was able to help me diagnose the problem with my vehicle . He is very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and concerns I had with my vehicle. I would recommend him to any one.
Johnny Tran a great guy, he was so excellent and helpful, if I have the opportunity to give him more than 5 star, I will, he deserves it.
