Awesome AutoZone. Customer support has always been up there at this location, especially with Raz handling commercial, but Matthew really went above and beyond helping me get the part I needed today. Definitely coming back.
I went here to buy a battery replacement. An older, tall, white gentleman was helping me look for the battery I needed. I gave him the year, make, model, and trim of my car, and he asked for the size of my engine. When I told him I didn't know, he gave me attitude saying "what, you dont know what car you drive?". This really threw me off but I let it go. I came back months later for a different issue.
