Jesse, store manager, runs a tip top shop. Not only knowledgeable but caring. I also had three times experience with shopping with Gavin. He is a great salesman and knowledgeable as well. He's even helped me put batteries in my cars. I'm proud to shop there.
Jacquis was super helpful with all the problems I had with my car he is an excellent employee
The other day, I had a great experience at AutoZone. The store manager, Jesse, took the time to show me how to install a crossbar on my car battery. His knowledge and willingness to help was made the process so easy. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. I would definitely return if I have any future car needs. Highly recommend!
Not a good experience…. I came in asking for assistance and the bigger fella was not trying to help at all! And was tell the young associate not to bother him!!!!! Like sir you are a manager you should help your team mates that what leadership is about!
