I've spent thousands of dollars at AutoZone over the years. I've never really had a problem until I tried to return something under warranty that apparently didn't get registered. Shout out to Julio at this location for saving the day. A couple of days ago, I purchased windshield wiper blades, took them home and THOUGHT I could install the myself. I quickly found out I couldn't! When I went back to the store for help, Julio had me in and out in no time, with my newly installed wiper blades. KUDDOS to this store!!! Awesome customer service!!!
I didn't have a choice in going to Autozone yesterday as my car wouldn't start in the Kroger parking lot and Autozone was right there. I had my two children with me. The first employee I interacted with was doing her job but not extending the customer service that would make me want to come back. Then Julio stepped in.
