My name is Jesse Fernandez... I usually go to AutoZone in Houston. Today I was in Baytown and had the best customer service experience I have ever had at an AutoZone. Mr. Andrew B. was awesome !!! Not only did he have a great attitude and personality, but he also was the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Hope great things come his way. In today's world, this kind of custom service doesn't exist anymore. Kudos to Andrew and the Baytown team.
