Kristian H. provided premier service today replacing my battery in record time with rain clouds up above. Even in that setting, no step was omitted. He also took the time to meticulously clean and prevent future corrosion. He did all of this with care and obvious pride in his work. I am so grateful for his help today with many service options closed for the Memorial Day holiday. Linda and Chandler were very helpful in locating the correct ATF Filter. Chandler was able to go to a website and use my VIN # to determine if I had A 6 or 8 speed transmission. It was also nice to finally see friendly and well groomed employees. Can not say the same on my previous visits.
Slate Little is one of the kindest employees in automotive repair I’ve met, including dealers themselves. Was incredibly informative and just all around kind. He’s the type of staff member that doesn’t upsell you, and knows his stuff. Certainly learned some new tips in keeping my car in good condition. He cares about his work and was great to meet.
