Sarah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional when helping me troubleshoot my check engine light and resolved my issue quickly.
Arron and Ray T were extremely professional, courteous and competent, they managed my car issue and the required part very quickly to perfection
I needed a battery change and went to O’Malley Auto Parts and was told they didn’t have the tools to install my battery. I called Auto Zone and spoke with David who said to head on over and he would be able to take care of me. When we arrived the woman was very helpful and David was fast and efficient! I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a battery replacement or just auto specific needs in general.
I just want to give a big shoutout to Sarah. They went above and beyond to help me and took the time to actually listen to what I needed instead of just pointing me toward a product. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the right solution. Employees like this make a huge difference in the customer experience. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like them on the team!
