The starter in our 2012 Kia Soul went out just before Christmas. The day after Christmas we bought a refurbished starter from Autozone. Upon taking the part home, the part in the box turned out to be the wrong starter. The part in the box did not even match the brand. I went to this autozone location yesterday for help with a tire that was leaking and the employee that helped me (whose name I didn't catch) was SO AMAZING AND HELPFUL!!! He inflated my tire with Fix-a-Flat for me and explained in detail what I needed to do after I left the store location. I wish everyone in customer service was a friendly and helpful as him! Thank you!!!!!
