The one on Allen Road is the best auto place to go. They have very nice helpful people working with the exception of a few, but the 2 best people that have gone above and beyond helping me is Matthew Henderson and Andrew Kellum. They definitely deserve the Extra Miler award imo. So helpful and do anything they can to get you what you need. I needed a jump the other day and tjey came straight to me and helped me out. These guys deserve a raise too!!
I was visiting from arkansas when my battery decided to go bad. I walked in this store and was greeted by Ms. Arneka with a smile and she was very helpful getting me the size battery i needed and when trying to install found out it wouldnt work because of the position of the post. She immediately helped me find the correct one that actually worked, in and out in a hour. Ms. Arneka you truly were a pleasure to interact with.
11/10 for Andy at this location! He helped us today very quickly and professionally. Very friendly and offered to help use the product we bought. Really helped us in a pickle today!!
