Poor customer service Had to go to Autozone to replace a gas cap on my car. I went in and had to find a employee to help me find the gas cap section. I told him what car I had and he said "just look on the packaging to find the right one". He wasn't doing anything at the time, and I would've thought he could've helped me. As it was, I was confused on which one to get, so I brought two up to the counter and the person ringing me up helped me sort it out. I thought the customer service was poor, as it seemed other people in th... read more
