Avan C is lazy. When I needed a battery replacement urgently, he came up with excuses, saying it was too complicated for him, when it's only two screws that are easily accessible.
Service is great but selection blows. Online stock shows all of these panel removal tools but they only carry a couple of options which were not appropriate for the job. Also return policy is questionable because if the tool does not do the job it was intended for, they don't take back.
Uriel is such a good employee. Promote him ASAP! Made my shopping 100x easier.
