I needed a cabin air filter for my RAV4 and the nice young lady working the phone pulled the part for me ahead of time. I was in and out within 5 minutes very happy experience
The store manager Isaac is amazing. He went over and beyond to help me with my brake parts. Even drove to my house to exchange the brakes since I had no way of getting to the store with my car dismantled. Kudos to great customer service!! Made my day!!
Every time I have been in the store, staff have been helpful without being pushy. Yesterday when my service engine soon light came on they were happy to get the code from my car and let me know what the problem was as well as how to best address it.
Awesome customer service at this location. I stopped by because I needed a light bulb for my headlight and everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I always go to this location specifically because of the customer service. Thanks AutoZone.
