Be careful when going to the store to return a bad battery. They make passive aggressive comments and make the process very uncomfortable!!!! They make you feel like you’re doing something wrong when it’s part of their warranty policy!!!
We had a great experience with Dwight today. I couldn’t get my car battery successfully jumped and it sat in my garage for two days. We went to purchase a portable jump pack. Dwight heard us talking and offered for us to borrow the one they had at the store. We got home and successfully jumped the car. We then went back to the store and Dwight replaced our battery which was under warranty. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. We will certainly return (hopefully when Dwight is working).
Came for new windshield wipers. It did not work and they told me it was the wiper transmission. I was going to go to a dealership and then Dwight took the opportunity to fix it himself! Highly recommend coming here !
Ran codes, no high pressure sales. Just education. Will be back if I need anything else
