The assistant manager and cashiers need proper training and education for customer service and proper transaction handling. I’m standing here now and the assistant manager is avoiding me while I’ve stood here waiting to speak with someone about an issue he couldn’t help with three days ago. So disappointed beyond belief. Do better Auto Zone!
