Horrible service and the employees contradict eachother one person named lupe said you can do the return on my alternator but the other guy says they cant, so I ended up just leaving the establishment, what a waste of time
I contacted the store and experienced an extended hold time exceeding 15 minutes. Upon requesting the representative's name, this information was withheld. Upon my physical presence in the store, staff members were engaged with their mobile devices, and I received no acknowledgment. This behavior is unacceptable, and this is not an isolated incident. Called and asked to have part set aside (11:00am Sunday) , drove an hour plus to pick up the part that they told me they were holding for me, only to be told they couldn't find it.(2:15pm sunday) No help was provided by the manager on duty other than to suggest other parts that were not compatible with my vehicle. Extremely unhappy with the level of incompetence displayed in this store and will never purchase a part from autozone again
Jose.M was amazing he changed my tired even though it’s not part of his job I would have been stuck if he hadn’t helped me and he helped with no hesitation in this extremely hot weather excellent customer service.
