every single time you call it’s always “please hold” then they will have you on hold for 20 minutes +, and if you hang up and call back they just say please hold and can’t even get a word in, this is annoying especially when every time i go in store which is frequently it’s never busy.
Long wait time, vulgar music and inappropriate language and employees on the phone instead of helping customers i took my business somewhere else,that are more professional.and the female on the counter couldn't even identify the part I needed and a second one with more knowledge and a manager was ask and no clue, and on the phone.(that was just rude and disrespectful)This needs to be fix .
Alex the manager took care of a problem I bought the rotor for my truck and I didn't got that free brakes that is in the promotion. So she make sure a got the free brakes
