This AutoZone has the best customer service by far .. Amanda the manager, has excellent product knowledge. and treats you with the utmost respect!
Davion C was absolutely wonderful just now helped me exponentially, and I can’t say the same for his coworker who just stood there even when I tried to crack a couple jokes he just looked at me Like I was a Crazy girl treated me like I was no less than any man that went in there and had great advice
Last Saturday I stopped by because a warning ⚠️ came up for my car for the oil. Its a car for me. I used to changing at 3000 miles when honda recommends 10,000. I encountered a gentleman named Alex i believe and he was really sweet and really helpful. He was helping at least two other people outside but took time to assist me as well. He saved me money that I desperately needed. And I just overall appreciate his kindness and work ethic. Hopefully I got his name right but I just felt like he should be acknowledged. The manager on duty, Anthony was very helpful and courteous to my mother when helping us diagnose her car’s a/c recharge issue. Overall, great customer service. Would highly recommend this location, very informative staff!
