Horrible service. My husband and I went to buy a new battery for our car. Guy was rude from the beginning. Attitude problem and then looks at my husband and says "I'm not installing that for you". For one my husband didn't need him to install it for us and two that is his job if we wanted him to install it for us. It says it right with everything that you offer FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION! Worst customer service experience EVER! Asst store manager (JOSE) refuse to take my return of a battery booster, reasons he told me it was because "it could've been use". So how am i suppose to try the product to see if it works? (JOSE) needs to be handled appropriately or demoted. Not a good fit to run the store. Ended up going to the store on union deposit they were able to make the return EASY and possible.
