Customer service was great. Ben found the light bulb for my brake light and was kind enough to install it for me in less than 10 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough!
Trash service
Went to AutoZone for a part specifically for my car and was sold the wrong one. I trusted their system and the employee’s recommendation, only to get home and realize it didn’t fit my car at all. Ended up wasting time, gas, and being stuck trying to figure out why the install wasn’t working. Pretty frustrating when you rely on an auto parts store to give you the correct part in the first place. Would definitely double check everything before leaving the store.
