Above and beyond. Brian D. Was amazing. He went above and beyond for us. We needed to return an alternator but we didn't have the original receipt. Part of the refund did not go through. He sat on the phone with customer service for 20 mins and got us the other half of the refund. My boo loves to shop at these store, I can see why. They seem to genuinely want to help you out.
Called and was immediately put on hold, waited 5 minutes and hung up, then called advanced auto, who did the same thing. So now I'll try O'Reillys

Customer service was great. Ben found the light bulb for my brake light and was kind enough to install it for me in less than 10 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough!
