I will never purchase one single item from any autozone ever. I have been a faithful customer until now. I purchased a new set of wipers less than a week ago, when I used them the driver side did not take away the water I could not see to drive so I went there this morning to get a new one and they said I could not return it cause there is no warranty, I can see it if it had been a while but less than a week cmon. they wont care that I won't shop there again but they suck. I am one unhappy customer.

I purchased a battery in September 2014, April 2015 a light comes on my car, I take it to dealership and they discover battery is bad. I have a 3 year warrenty , called this store the female that answered the phone was rude, pretty much told me it doesn't matter if it is under warranty their equipment has to say it is bad. I told her that sounded suspicious she said "oh well, that is the way we do it, many times dealers say the battery is bad and our machine says it is fine" I was very leary of taking battery to that locatio... read more
