I wanted to thank Parts Sales Manager Gabriel Wolfe for taking such good care of me today. He made sure I had the parts I needed and gave me advice as to how to install them. He went out of his way to help me and I will always remember that. I will be sure to use that store in the future.
I went to buy a battery, and they wouldn't sell it to me. I gave the name of the company registered as a customer, but they said they couldn't do it that way. I gave my phone number, but that didn't work either. The salesperson asked for a PIN number, which I didn't have. But it could have been looked up in the computer in several ways, and he refused to do it. I could see that the salesperson had no interest in selling the product. He must have plenty of other customers. I had to go to another store to buy it.
Gabe W. is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I witnessed his professionalism first hand today. Amazing guy!
I was helped by Mr.Gabe he went approve and beyond helping me out. The customer service experience was definitely met. Oh, he also did help Assist me put oil in my car. Thank you so much !!
