Generally I've had a decent experience with them but the last two times they havw a tall dark-skinned manager came across as a arrogant pompous Pig. I was told that he was the manager of the store. I came in there again today hoping to get a different experience and a different person. I end up having in the beginning to deal with the same person, which stunk. Worst customer service in town. I will definitely take my future car needs down the road to O'Reilly's.
Ordered part, paid in advanced. They got the shipment from FedEx, then couldn't find my part, they claim FedEx didn't deliver it though they signed for. They couldn't promise next day delivery. They wanted me to wait 5 days to get my money back, for a part I needed yesterday. What makes it worse the manager had a poor attitude and wouldn't admit any fault. Edit: they ship my part to the wrong store but still no accepted blame. Do yourself a favor buy somewhere else.
