Took my car to get the battery tested. This short, heavy fella tested my battery. Gave absolute zero care about my car and put his device on my cars fender and scratched it. Along side his nasty hands. Now I have to buff it out because Autozone of Douglasville does not take care about your cars.

Eric, Paul , and Jason are awesome!!! Great customer service! THEY LISTEN! THEY CARE, and they OFFER SOLUTIONS that are honest without exaggeration. I would drive past other auto stores, even other Auto Zones to come to store #959. On Kings highway. The manager, Deidre chose a great team. Thank you.
yeah no worst customer service ever, some big guy, looks mixed, with beard is so rude, was the only person in line he made direct eye contact, didn’t say anything, went back to typing on his computer and then when i asked him if he could check me out he said “well im the only person here” ??? never once greeted me or asked me to wait i would have preferred even a simple hello but no, then got angry with me for no reason then decided to bicker with me over if he had an attitude or not WHICH HE DID! i myself work in customer s... read more
