I called to see if I could pick up my order. It was then that Devon? said the store was trying to call me because they didn't have the filter in stock. I told him not to process my order and he did it anyway. He charged my card when he did not have the item in stock and when I told him not to. I told him if he did not process it the pending charge would fall off my card. He insisted it would not and he was blatantly wrong, as I know my bank and he does not. Young Man by the name of Tee has great customer service, definitely was moved at his professionalism and work ethic. Give him a raise!!!! It’s hard to find good people that take a Job seriously!!!!!

I was helped by a sweet man who was the store manager. He took over when Pam S. (one of the employees there) was rude and extremely dismissive. I just shared that I needed a code to be read on my car, and she was extremely rude and just walked off and said, "You're going to have to wait for the other employee." I heard from other customers that she is usually rude... confused why she still works there
