Stopped to see why my car lights were flickering. Charlie was calm and courteous. Helped confirm the battery was bad. Switched me out in less than 10 minutes.
Just had the best experience EVER at Autozone in Stockbridge!! Brandon’s customer service and willingness to help was by far the most amazing experience I’ve had purchasing at AutoZone. Charlie P is a rockstar. Went above and beyond to help me with replacing my brake light. The system recommended the wrong light and Charlie went out of his way to make sure I got was the correct one. He saved me so much money from a brake light ticket. Promote him asap!!
