Just had the best experience EVER at Autozone in Stockbridge!! Brandon’s customer service and willingness to help was by far the most amazing experience I’ve had purchasing at AutoZone. He looked parts up. he checked prices and was very personable and chill!! He spoke about my warranties on brake pads and explained the process on utilizing the warranty . Charlie P is a rockstar. Went above and beyond to help me with replacing my brake light. The system recommended the wrong light and Charlie went out of his way to make sure I got was the correct one. He saved me so much money from a brake light ticket. Promote him asap!!

Brandon M went way above and beyond to help me. Not only did he double check the stock and then check the new stock for my item. He actually spent extra time with me to find a similar replacement that might work. It's rare you get this care and attention to detail. Usually my trips to AutoZone are always pleasant but this one stands out. Update: the lights worked perfectly so his recommendation was also correct!
