The first associate did attempt to assist me but when the parts he tried did not fit he said “maybe o’Reilly” I repeatedly asked if there’s a part I can order because I just did not want to keep driving like that. I was unfortunately turned away, and I went back to my car to try to figure out what part it might be before I continue to drive the car. Carlos the store mngr went out of his way to help me when my car broke down at the gas station beside the store. I don't live in Durham but if I did this would be the location I would go to.
