Had my alternator go out and went to this store and they were awesome getting me hooked up with a brand new alternator and belt and brand new tension pulling for my belt This store gets a 5 Star from me👍🏼
RecommendedI had an amazing experience tonight with Andrew! I have a 2013 VW Jetta GLI that desperately needed new windshield wipers! The storms all day today made that very clear! Not only was Andrew very helpful with helping me look up which size blades I needed he also showed me how to take my old ones off and put my new ones on! All while it was raining! Stopped in today to have my battery checked. Richard took care of me. He was very prompt in checking my battery for replacement. The battery was finished (which I figured after 4yrs) He explained what options I had to choose from & I even purchased some wiper blades while I was in store (which he waited for me to pick out) to complete my order. I bought a quart of 10w-30. It was a mistake. I needed 5w-30. I didnt have the receipt. I wasnt able to swap out the unopened quart because I didnt have my receipt. I get that everyone sells this oil, dont get why i wasnt able to get correct item.

AT FIRST THE FEMALE CLERK SEEMED PLEASANT UNTIL I WENT TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS AND I ASKED HER TO CHANGE A $20 BILL. I HANDED/PLACED THE $20 BILL IN HER HAND ; AS I WAITED FOR MY CHANGE WITH MY HAND OUT REACHED SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY EYE CONTACT DURING THE TRANSACTION AND DROPPED MY CHANGE ON THE COUNTER AND ABRUPTLY WALKED AWAY. I THEN EXPLAINED TO MY 15 DAUGHTER THAT WAS WITH ME THAT IN LIFE THERE WILL BE PEOPLE WHO STILL THRIVE BY THE "GOOD OLE BOY " WAY OF LIFE HERE IN FAYETTEVILLE N.C.
