Excellent customer service. Mia not only helped me pick the right wiper blades but hooked me with a membership and even helped me install them right in parking. Highly recommend this Autozone

Shout-out to Michael E. for diagnosing and replacing my battery today. He was incredibly kind and helpful! I left work not knowing if I would be able to get my car to start again, and left knowing I was good to go. Thank you for saving the day!
Went here to pick up supplier for an oil change. The lady helping me insisted I get a bundle but wouldn't explain what the bundle is (I later understood from context it came with a engine or cabin air filter, which I did not need as I had already purchased new ones). Was extremely unhelpful and rude. Made a sassy remark after checking out that I "could have saved $20 with the bundle." Love Autozone, but not coming back to this location.
The very nice gent Earl was assisting me, was trying to decipher the return on invoice. He has for the manager Mia, I was still helping and assting Mr. Earl and she got extremely rude and said sir, please stop we dont need your help. Like your a manager who is customer facing. You talk like that to a customer infront of en employee also. Should not be a manager with those non customer service skills. Thanks earl for your help, you were great. Mia..... get a job where you dont have to be customer facing.
