My visit to Auto Zone on 6/18/2025 The young man Carlos was very friendly, helpful with assisting Me.
Came in for a battery issue and was initially helped by someone named Pat P. (name tag), who was extremely condescending. He insisted there was “no way” the battery was under the spare tire, dismissed my input, and only backed down when I showed him proof. When confronted respectfully, he rolled his eyes and continued being rude. I asked for personal space, and instead of respecting that, he responded, “This is our property.” Totally unnecessary and unprofessional.
