The staff here is friendly, and very helpful. They have a decent selection of auto related products, for your everyday needs.
I would have rated this store much lower if it weren’t for the store manager, JL. Our interaction with the woman at the counter was extremely unprofessional—she made several unnecessary and snarky comments and made the situation quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, JL came out to replace my battery and completely turned the experience around. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, JL, for your excellent service!
MY FIANCÉ RECEIVED A LOT OF UNNECESSARY HAGGLING OVER A PRODUCT THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY ON AUTOZONE'S ONLINE SITE THAT WAS A FEW $$$ DOLLARS LOWER , THEREFORE SHE ASKED FOR THE ONLINE PRICE POINT WHILE IN THE STORE???
