I walked in and was greeted by a random voice🤭🤭🤭 I had an engine light cut on earlier in the week. It hadn't turned off. It was diagnosed and a print out was given. The part isnt that much. Will definitely b my auto zone of choice
Please ensure that you teach your staff to make sure that the batteries are tightened down before they allow vehicles to drive off. Mine was not tightened and I had to have AAA come to a site where I was to tighten my battery down so maybe just a teaching moment. Especially for the females

The staff here is friendly, and very helpful. They have a decent selection of auto related products, for your everyday needs.
I would have rated this store much lower if it weren’t for the store manager, JL. Our interaction with the woman at the counter was extremely unprofessional—she made several unnecessary and snarky comments and made the situation quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, JL came out to replace my battery and completely turned the experience around. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, JL, for your excellent service!
