Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I was stuck on my boat in Atlantic City with no car and I was having trouble navigating the delivery options for parts on the website. One of the managers got on the phone, confirmed my order and made sure he had a driver to deliver the parts to me. He was patient and willing and kind. I can buy my parts anywhere, but I'll always return to AutoZone after this fantastic experience!
These guys were great. The ran a quick diagnostic for me and gave me a printout. They were nice and funny. Not the normal grumpy auto-parts store workers I am used to back home. Thanks!
