I’m only giving this location 3 stars because Frederick completely saved the experience. He actually took the time to help me find the correct screws for my license plates, went outside more than once to make sure they fit, and even helped put the plates on without hesitation. He was friendly, professional, and clearly understood what customer service is supposed to look like. Alex, on the other hand, was the exact opposite. Diamoni was my helper and she was amazing, made it quick and painless even though I threw her a couple of unintentional curveballs.
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I was stuck on my boat in Atlantic City with no car and I was having trouble navigating the delivery options for parts on the website. One of the managers got on the phone, confirmed my order and made sure he had a driver to deliver the parts to me. He was patient and willing and kind. I can buy my parts anywhere, but I'll always return to AutoZone after this fantastic experience!
