When you work in customer service. You’d think you’d want the sale! To be annoyed at someone for asking questions about product seemed a bit ridiculous to me. I went down the street to O’Rileys! Got everything I needed and didn’t get attitude or eye rolls! Staff was very rude to me!
Recommended5 stars. The staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I went to Auto Zone to purchase wiper blades when I was convinced that I'd just purchased the wrong ones at Walmart. Daniel at Auto Zone asked if I had the blades in my car. He explained that most blades look like refills that companies are going away from the wipers that have the brackets on them. He not only put them on for me, he showed me how to do it.
