In 20 years, I’ve never had a good experience at AutoZone. As a woman, I’ve dealt with a lot of sexist comments from male and female staff members. Today I went in for a battery because AutoZone was the only place that could install it same day. Rodney was fantastic. Got us in and out in great time. He has a wonderful personality and a fantastic attitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our encounter with him.
Great parts store. I got a wheel hub for my trailer that was the wrong size and it was very easy to take it back for an exchange.
I was traveling on the road and needed an oil change on my motorcycle. I was simply looking to change the oil in the parking lot and give them the used oil. I spoke with Brittany, who in my eyes is as rock star, and explained to her I would buy an oil pan, but since I was on the road, I would clean it after and asked her to give it to someone who was in need, kind of a pay it forward moment. She said she would do that and I did not make a mess in the lot. Thanks Brittany, for being you.....you rock......Steve
I had a great experience there. I went in because my check engine light was on, and I needed to have it looked at. Anthony helped me immediately and was very friendly. He explained to me everything that was going on and then inside he made sure to look up the part I need and the solution to my problem. He also helped me to come up with a temporary solution until I get it fixed. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
