I waited an hour and forty-five minutes for my battery which they never charged. Then, a sales rep tried putting the wrong battery in my car.. He wasn't even trying to put the parts back on correctly, either.

I went to Auto Zone earlier this evening to get a headlamp for my car and I just have to say that Doug was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected someone to do. The service I received was something you might get if you were a recognized customer of many years. I highly recommend Auto Zone, Berryville Ave. in Winchester.
Doug is awesome he is very helpful and super nice however some of the other employees at the store need lessons in manners and how to treat customers if you have to go here speak to Doug
Employees here are super helpful. Some might even stay and help change out a blown headlight in the freezing cold, for 20 min, on New Year's Eve, just so I wouldn't be at risk for getting pulled over. Super thankful for that
