I have used this location 2 times in the past 2 1/2 weeks late in the evening and I was very pleased with both interactions. The manager Alexander G was so professional and helpful in my time of need. I came to this location to get a light bulb replaced as it went out late one evening and I picked up a engine filter and a cabin filter. I asked if someone could help me by putting in my light as I had a healed broken shoulder but some movements were uncomfortable . I was placed on hold for 30 mins. What reputable business does that to their customers? The person answered did not even give the choice for you to speak. If you need help, I would suggest Advance Auto, they answered my question in less than 30 seconds.
