I came to store #5299 in Manassas today to get a battery test only to discover my battery was heavily corroded. I bought a new battery with Jasper who helped diagnose the problem and cleaned up the corrosion best he could. His associate Zac said he’d take a look and when I say this man spent his blood sweat and tears to get my old battery out and the new one installed I mean it. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Most AutoZone locations I’ve been to have had great customer service. The associate I worked with was unhelpful and rude. Would recommend going across the street to Advanced Auto Parts. Helpful and kind customer service over there.
