Jordan is the greatest employee of all time. I thought I was going to be stranded in shrewsbury for hours but his quick thinking and willingness to help turned a helpless situation into and ideal one. He was incredibly kind and applied his own experience and knowledge into a situation that would have normally resulted in me being upcharged or forced to replace a part, which saved me so much trouble and allowed me to make it home in the middle of a 7 hour trip. So grateful to have run into him and he needs a raise.
