I needed help with scan reading and I called AutoZone on Gilbert whoever answer the phone this morning was very rude and condescending.. the worst customer service I have ever had in fact I called several times and he kept hanging up on me. I ended up going to the location on Arizona and Ocotillo and they were very accommodating
Had an issue with my battery’s warranty not showing correctly in the system. Maggie the manager helped me out and provided great service!
Couldn't find parts listed in stock.
Please get someone who can walk up a ladder. He did not want to get the part because he had to move the ladder. Why leave one guy at this store at this time
