Francisco was polite, knowledgeable and fast when he changed out the battery in my car. Great customer service and definitely an employee to hold onto.

Had to get a new battery and Tad went out of his way to assist and help get it changed.
I have been to this AutoZone location several times to replace my car battery, and I usually receive helpful and friendly service. Recently, my battery was bad, so I came in to have it replaced. I also asked one of the employees if they could check my alternator and starter after the new battery was installed, and they kindly agreed.
